Imagine a no-nonsense Persian-Australian auntie who knows how to throw a party, get a deal done, pour a wine, and make sure you’re never left hungry or out of pocket. She’s warm, sharp, generous, and what you see is what you get.
She’ll tell you the truth. She’ll do what it takes. And, she’ll make sure everyone is fed and happy, and if your budget’s tight, she’ll still make it feel like a million bucks.
She left Persia as a child, raised three kids, and built her career leading buying at Myer — tech, whitegoods, beauty, you name it. Now, she runs Nini’s the way any proper host should: full plates, full glasses, no fluff. She’ll give you her honest opinion, a great deal, and a stunning event that leaves your guests raving long after the candles burn down.
She’s sharp, funny, warm, and has a sixth sense for when to top up your wine.
And when you walk into Nini’s, she’ll make sure you all feel like family.

The heart of Nini’s beats with the bold, sun-soaked flavours of Greece, Turkey, Iran, Lebanon, and Italy. Our menu draws on centuries of tradition, spiced meats, char-grilled seafood, aged cheeses, and golden olive oil, reimagined with fresh Australian produce and plated for sharing.
Our rooftop garden terrace and flexible indoor dining room were designed for moments that matter, weddings, birthdays, brand events, long lunches, and milestone gatherings. You can keep it casual or dress it up, take over the terrace, the dining room, or both. We’re flexible like that.
Start with small plates that are made to be passed: zucchini fritters with herbed labneh, saganaki with Iranian fig purée, or charcoal-kissed octopus. Then ease into the big, beautiful crowd-pleasers — slow-roasted lamb shoulder, Moroccan-spiced pork skewers, or a shredded Lahanosalata salad that’s as fresh as it is flavoursome.
Our drinks list is as joyful as our food. Playful Turkish Delight martinis topped with Persian fairy floss, classic cocktails done right, and a wine list full of local legends and Mediterranean favourites.
